- 10 classes – 70€- use in 6 weeks -pay upfront not refundable if you will miss the class
- If you join only 1 class a week- 4 weeks block -35€ -pay upfront not refundable if you will miss the class

- If you cancel the class -2 times, less than 10 hours before the class, we will contact you for a deposit of 50% for the next class.

strength, reducing fat, and boosting your cardiovascular health.
TABATA – is a type of HIIT-one subsection under the broad umbrella of high-intensity interval training. Specifically, it’s a four-minute workout consisting of
8 rounds of 20 seconds of work at maximum effort, followed by 10 seconds of rest.
